If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can send goods back for full refund if all following conditions are met:

• Please contact us before when request refund. Do not send goods without letting us know.
• Please send the following email: "I wish to cancel my agreement and require full refund to be paid to: bank details including my PayPal account to account ID (your PayPal email) or bank address, account number and BIC (SWIFT) or IBAN"
• All unwanted goods must be returned unused and in original packaging to folloowinf address: Marek Cervenka, Rubesova 1285/16, 32600 Plzen, Czech republic (do not forget to include the invoice).
• We highly recommend that you ask for proof of purchase and insure the goods as we cannot be responsible nor liable for goods lost or damaged in transfer.
• If the above conditions are met we will refund full value of purchase by bank transfer within 10 working days after receipt of the returned goods
