E-kameny.cz server user (hereinafter the "Server"), accessible through the Internet address (URL) https://www.e-kameny.cz which operates Marek Červenka, Rubešova 1285/16, 32600 Plzeň, ID: 69261342, Tax identification number: CZ7704252116 ( the "Administrator"), as operator of the server administrator hereby bestows its consent regarding to the provisions of § 5 of the Act no. 101/2000 Coll., about the protection of personal data and amending certain laws, as amended (hereinafter the "Law on protection of personal data" ) and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European parliament and the Council with the processing of personal data and other data provided by the user.
